When I received this item the top was cracked. I contacted the seller and received extraordinary customer service. She ordered another top and had it sent to me; even followed up to make sure I received it.
That being said, The blender itself is a little disappointing. The glass container doesn't seem to fit well on the base. I have to keep moving it around to try and get a tighter fit. On one occasion, all the contents splashed out of the bottom causing a major mess.

I have owned this product for almost three years and it works great! It is very powerful and about average loudness compared to other blenders. The color matches many other red kitchen appliances. The quality of the product is great. The only downside is there are only two positions to run this blender. The one is just on where you flip the switch and it stays on. The other is where you have to hold the switch to stay on. I would buy again!
