This 1921 cook book is a real hoot! The perfect source for adding "delightful variety and... reduced cost of supplying the table." This was written before ovens had thermometers so you will have to guess at what is meant by a "hot" or "moderate" oven. Check out "How to Clean Poultry" on page 34 and you may become a vegan.
