A compact 7 inches in diameter, the fryer features easy controls for precision frying: it automatically maintains the proper frying temperature, letting you focus on cooking instead of fussing with the controls. The fryer features a snap-on lid, so you can store oil right in the fryer for reuse. All surfaces are nonstick for tidy cleanup (the fryer is not dishwasher-safe and should never be completely immersed in water). I have tried several electric fryers in the past. This one is the best. The oil heats quickly and food fries efficiently. Because of the design it holds approx 3-4 cups of oil. Good for small to medium jobs. No real complaints with this item. The price point is very affordable.
Easy to clean, store and use again and again.

I used to have one of these but gave it to my parents (over ten years ago). Never purchased another one until now and wonder how I did without it all these years. Still basically the same as the one I had years ago; easy to use; easy to clean; and dependable!
