Alli is amazing!!! July 20, 2008 Mary VanLieu (Rock Hill, SC) I have been taking Alli for 4 weeks now and absolutely love it! I've lost 16 lbs and have had NO treatment effects. I truly believe that if you follow this program you won't have any problems. I was very nervous about the treatment effects and purposely waited to start it when I was out of work for awhile. Alli makes you eat correctly and if you do you will definitely see results. I still have a long way to go to my goal weight, but now I know that I will get there with Alli. Good luck to everyone. This product is truly amazing!!!
removes oil alright.... July 18, 2008 Charnell Temple (USA) alli does what it says it removes oil from the foods you eat and the proofs in the pudding...well in the toilet. it also helps constipation!
Weight Control June 24, 2008 Nellie Hellemeyer (IL) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love this product I have tried to lose weight but since becoming older find that it is harder. Alli has helped me to lose the extra pounds and my Dr. approved me using it. Anyone that has those extra pounds they want to get rid of should give Alli a try.
not good for moderate weight loss June 8, 2008 Beccaboney (Washington, DC) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was hoping to lose less than 20 pounds with this, but I think if you are really close to your ideal weight it going to help very little. Very few side effects, probably because I eat a low fat already. Not recommended if you are close to your ideal weight
alli diet pill June 4, 2008 H. Manurung (Loma Linda, CA) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is my first time using any type of diet pill. In the past, I was able to loose 18 pounds from exercise alone. I was down from 219 to 200 lbs. I was happy, but lately I hit a plateau. I stuck at 198 for a couple of months no matter how much exercise I've done. So i tried Alli.
I was a little bit skeptic about this pill. I aunt was taking it before I did, and she said it works for her. I tried reading the reviews from amazon and most, not all people said it works for them too.
The good thing: First, it works on me. I already losing weight again from 198 to 192 lbs. I've dropped another pants size from 36 to 34 (started off at size 40 last year). All these result is amazing, but I could've done better. Sometimes I skipped a dose (out of forgetfulness) or even a whole day without taking the pill. So, right now I'm trying to stick with the schedule.
The bad thing: Some of the reviews in this site said pretty bad side effects with this diet pill. I had some side effects with this pill, but nothing that causing me to disturbed my daily activities. I found that I go to the restroom more often that I usually am when I don't take the pills. sometimes I go 2-3 times a day. Also, Sometimes i feel bloated and gassy. Other than that those, the complaints are minor.
