I bought this unit to replace a 7 year old Maytag Magic Chef microwave oven. It came with a mounting bracket to screw into the studs in the wall. It came with a template so as the holes can be drilled to line up.
This unit is made to be mounted under cabinets above a range. It was not to hard to install. I did read all the manuals and templates first before the installation. The installation should be done by two people.
The microwave worked fine even better than my old Magic Chef. It has a clock just like my old microwave. I feel it is easy to understand the controls to cook with but I recommend reading the manuals in detail before installing and using this microwave. Maytag has a great product here!
