Product Description If you aren't fortunate enough to have an Italian grandmother or aunt in the family, that doesn't mean you need to live without pizzelles. Anybody can learn to make these light, slightly sweet wafers with this convenient cousin to the waffle maker. And now you can even make them in a delightfully scaled down size, perfect for parties and for the enjoyment of children!
Amazon.com Review Delicate, lacy designs and subtle sweetness make pizzelles excellent accompaniments to a rich coffee or cappuccino. With intricate patterns, these 3-inch cookies look difficult to make, but a child would have a great time printing them out: you just pour in the batter, close the lid, remove, and enjoy. A ready-light tells you when the baker is ready, and a steam guard protects hands. For added sophistication, pizzelles can be shaped into cones or cups when they're still warm--try filling a fluted pizzelle with liquor-flavored whipped cream for a more decadent dessert. The pizzelle baker comes with instructions and enough recipes to transform your kitchen into a sweet-smelling Italian bakery. --Laura Cuthbert

Mini-Pizzelles February 16, 2008 Bec's Mum (Pgh, PA) I'm glad Mr. Cantor mentioned that these are mini-pizzelles, because I actually have a use for them and have been looking for an iron like this. They make GREAT lady locks! Anyone who makes mini-lady locks knows what a... well, pain in the butt (!!) wrapping those clothespins can be! Wrap these around a dowel rod to form the shell and fill away!
The best of the best December 22, 2007 Michael Luby (Chicago, IL) This pizzelle machine is the best pizzelle machine on the market. I have made thousands of pizzelles with this machine. Incredible. AAA+

I love my pizzelle maker. It is a pleasure to use, simple and easy. It is difficult to make a mistake with it. The consistency with which each biscuit turns out is quite remarkable.
Best pizzelle maker I ever used March 23, 2007 Sandra Coppola (western new york) The pizelle's just lifted off the machine without any effort and were not burned.
