Product Description
This waffle maker offers all these choices and is a sturdy, handsome machine you'll be happy to have on your countertop (or stow it away in the upright position if you are short on space). This Belgian Waffleris more than just a convenient machine... it also makes delicious waffles that are crisp on the outside, and warm and soft on the inside! Thanks to seven browning options, you can choose waffles that are pale golden, darkly bronzed or somewhere in between. Since it makes 4 waffles at once you don't have to plan on eating in shifts as you might with only one at a time production. The extra deep pockets of your waffles will simply beg to be filled with butter, rich sauces and sweet syrups.

5 out of 5 stars Perfect Waffles!   May 21, 2008
G. Nordmeyer (Indio, Ca.)
After an initial breaking-in batch, this waffler is the BEST I've ever used. It makes four big waffles at a time, so there's little waiting. It has a "ready" signal that is easy to see and hear. There was no sticking at all. The "crisp" feature delivered a waffle that was still moist and tender inside. Each waffle was evenly browned each and every time!

I have also owned a Russell Hobbs toaster and have kicked myself for replacing it with a Quisinart when it finally quit. Who knew I could buy it online..........from Amazon!

5 out of 5 stars This Toy Gets Used. . . OFTEN   April 14, 2008

Eggos were always fine for my family-- until waffle irons started showing up in the numerous hotels we would stay in when traveling. My kids just adored the big belgian waffles and the waffles became something to look forward to at breakfast. So, I thought about getting a waffle iron.

This waffle iron I found on sale at Tuesday Morning. They didn't have any other ones-- I didn't really know what I was looking for, but I picked it up when I saw it. I didn't realize what an excellent waffle maker I was purchasing!

I use bisquick mix (1 cup, 3/4 cup water, 1 tbsp oil). There are a variety of settings on this waffle maker, but I found that setting it at 3 and pressing the CRISP button makes perfect waffles for us. I spray the plates with pure vegetable oil (not with additives). The iron heats up and beeps to let me know it's ready. After I pour (and spread) the batter around, I add a handful of chocolate chips to half of them (for my husband and son), and close the waffle iron. I don't have to pay attention to the waffle iron after that until it beeps to let me know the waffles are ready. Soon, there's a beep, I open the waffle iron and there before me are four delectable looking waffles! This waffle iron has made perfect waffles every single time!

I've bought a lot of kitchen appliances-- many of which don't get used soon after buying them. I rarely use my kitchenAid blender anymore, I never use my 2 ice cream makers, and my bread machine stays on the top shelf of my pantry. I've known better than to buy some other appliances such as an electric griddle or Foreman Grill. But, I take my Russell Hobbs RHBW4 4-Section Diecast Belgian Waffler down approximately once every week to make waffles. It's fast, easy, and extremely easy to clean.

This waffle iron is identical to the Westinghouse Four Section Die-Cast Belgian Waffler, model WST3037.

4 out of 5 stars Fantastic Waffler!   March 11, 2008
Janice A. Board Hoyt (Gallatin, TN USA)
This waffler is really terrific. It has a very deep imprint which makes it make four truly great belgium waffles. Once you find your settings for how you like your waffles, you will never again have to doubt that they will turn out fantastic each time. The timer is a great feature. You can be eating one of the first four waffles you have made, and then you hear the ding bell that tells you your next set of waffles are ready. I have not come accross another waffle maker that has the bell feature. The krubs waffler looks just like this one, but it lacks the notification bell. That bell is essential to me, since I want to sit down in my dining room and eat, rather than having to stand and babysit the waffle maker. Great machine. (janice, TN)
