Big Thick Beautiful Waffles October 8, 2008 Aunt Maggie Great waffle iron. Cute figures but even better waffles. This has made all of my waffle recipes perfectly.. Waffles are deep, crispy and tender in the middle. The shapes add whimsy without comprimising quality. It is very well made and stands upright to conserve counter space. I love the chime that lets you know when waffles are done. My kids and nieces and nephews love this too. Old Macdonald had a farm and on his farm he had some waffles......eieio.. My kids sing this song while waiting for thier turn. Fun
Fun and Delicious August 12, 2008 S. R. Bouknight (Greenville,SC) I was looking for a good quality waffle maker that would make at least four waffles at a time. I have three children who love Saturday morning waffles. The farm theme just added to our delightful family together time. My husband even has fun talking about the shapes he was served.
Nice Waffler August 1, 2008 Scott Depta (Round Rock, TX USA) I recommend this farmyard waffler. It has worked well for the last two months, turning out golden waffles with little effort. I have young children that really enjoy the fun farm shapes, and since it makes four at a time it does not take long to turn out enough for the whole family. Overall, it seems well built and I think it was an excellent value for the price.
Cute, but not efficient July 1, 2008 L. L. Kiminki (Great NW) This item was adorable and my daughter loved the idea, however, the iron's performace was weak. The shape turned out okay, but the top part of the iron doesn't cook the waffle completely no matter how many times you put the lid back down and the chirping sound it makes when it thinks the waffle is done gets annoying fast.
waffle iron June 22, 2008 Barbara Chambers (Sarasota, FL.) I bought this item to take to my workplace. I work in a memory unit and thought the residents would just LOVE it. I was right they do, we have our barnyard waffles at least two times a week! We have them with syrup and then sometimes we have them with ICECREAM which we highly suggest everyone do! I don't believe I've ever gotten so much pleasure out of any appliance.
