Froths milk beautifully January 8, 2009 Charles B. Bensenhaver (Louisville, KY USA) I have had a lot of trouble getting good frothed milk with my Jura machine. The Aerolatte solves the problem beautifuuly. I heat about a third of a cup of whole milk in the mocrowave for about 50 seconds (don't lat the milk boil) then apply the Aerolatte. I then add the espresso directly to the frothed milk. Works great!!
Not for milshakes, etc. December 7, 2008 R. D. Hoag (Carmel by the Sea, Ca United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I made the mistake in buying this to mix milk-protein drinks, it just doesn't have the power to do it. I'm going to buy a Cuisinart or Proctor Silex plug in model that have a lot more power and are about the same price. This is probably great for frothing milk, but they shouldn't have advertised it for making milk shakes or anything that is thick, it just can't handle thicker drinks and really bogs down and even stops.
It does the job! December 7, 2008 R. Reynante (Santee, CA United States) The is the second one of these I have used. The prior one stopped working after over 2 years of use. It was given to me as a gift. I was very sad to see it stop working and glad to get another one. It simply rusted after awhile. I use it to mix powdered drinks and it does the job!
Great! November 3, 2008 Maxine G. Sally (Ypsilanti, MI) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought one of these last week and I love it so much I went out and bought 4 more for my adult children. Sometimes I find myself sitting and thinking who else I could give one to because it is so cool.
Works Amazingly Well October 11, 2008 George Hunt 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is one kitchen gadget that really works. Makes thick creamy froth in seconds. Batteries ( two "AA" ) last a long time. Just rinse it off to clean it. If you get one, get the "to go" model listed here. The plastic case is very handy. It fits perfectly and snaps closed tightly. Thrown in your gadget drawer, it won't get tangled up like everything else tends to do. This would make a perfect small gift for anyone with an espresso machine.
